Pinning moves one comment to the top of the thread on your own video so it is the first thing viewers read.

How to pin a comment

1. Open one of your own videos and open the comments.
2. Press and hold the comment you want to feature.
3. Choose Pin comment.

Only the creator of the video can pin, and only one comment can be pinned at a time. Pinning another comment replaces the first. To unpin, press and hold the comment again.

• A short note on where to find the product or the next step.
• A great customer comment.

Pinning and brand comments
